We recommend that you perform this procedure prior to contacting Preh for an RMA, as it often corrects many common problems. To reset, hold down key positions A01 and B01 (bottom most left key and the one directly above it) while you cycle power to the keyboard. A successful reset will cause the keyboard’s LED to flash and you will hear a single beep- after which you may release keys A01 and B01.
