If you are located in the United States, contact Preh at (847) 438-4000 and ask for an RMA number. Our sales representatives will guide you through the process. For Canada and Mexico, contact any of our authorized service centers within your region.

Repair parts, as well as a new product, may be obtained through any Authorized Preh Distributor. Each distributor has a complete listing of Preh part numbers, as well as product knowledge to assist with your inventory needs. Please note, the main Electronic Board is not available for purchase due to possible compatibility issues between the many model and part variations.

Yes, we have authorized service centers in Canada and Mexico.

What type of warranty does Preh offer on their touch screens and keyboards?

Touch screens are warranted for two years against defects in material and workmanship. Keyboards are warranted for three years against defects in material and workmanship.

Yes, the MCI series and MC147 are both available a USB interface.

How do I re-set my keyboard?

How do I re-set my keyboard?

We recommend that you perform this procedure prior to contacting Preh for an RMA, as it often corrects many common problems. To reset, hold down key positions A01 and B01 (bottom most left key and the one directly above it) while you cycle power to the keyboard. A successful reset will cause the keyboard’s LED to flash and you will hear a single beep- after which you may release keys A01 and B01.
